| Abstract | A new lower Vallesian micromammalian fauna from a locality near Molina de Aragon is described. Five species of Cricetidae, three species of Sciuridae - including a new one (Heteroxerus molinensis) -, two species of Gliridae, and one lagomorph species are described. Also, the paleoecological implications of the lower Vallesian vertebrate faunas are discussed. |
