| Abstract | Instead of straightening it out, Kluge (1985) has added some twists to the tortuous history of the name Gonydactylus Kuhl & van Hasselt. In this paper, an attempt is made to present the case more clearly. Contrary to Kluge's conclusion, the name does not affect current nomenclature. |
