Abstract	Three new genera and species from the Afrotropical region are described and fully illustrated. Bicentra (type-species: B. concavitarsis spec. nov. from Zimbabwe), Commatapsis (type-species: C. cyanea spec. nov. from Guinea) and Iphibracon (type-speies: I. flavovariegata spec. nov. from Malagasy). A new species of the genus Kenema (K. serrata from Senegal) is described and a key to the species of the genus Kenema Van Achterberg is added.
