| Abstract | Sapyga similis not extinct in the Netherlands (Hymenoptera: Sapygidae) Sapyga similis was thought to have gone extinct in the Netherlands. In 2003 one female was found in malaisetrap material collected near Nunspeet, the Veluwe (province of Gelderland). It is argumented that Osmia uncinata, at least locally, is the host species of this kleptoparasitic wasp. A key is presented for the Dutch species of Sapyga and Sapygina. |
