Abstract	Stenichnoconnus huijbregtsensis gen. nov., spec. nov., Scydmaenus (Palaeoscydmaenus) huijbregtsi subgen. nov., sp. nov., two new Scydmaenus Latreille species and nine new Euconnus Thomson species, all from Suriname, are described and the male genitalia are figured. A key to the Euconnus species of Suriname is provided.
