Eleonoria gen. nov. (type species: E. mesembria spec. nov. from Malaysia; five additional species from Japan, China (including Taiwan), Philippines, and Indonesia (Halmahera) are included), Orgilonia pasohensis spec. nov. from Malaysia, Orgilus reclinatus spec. nov. from Congo, O. alboannulatus spec. nov., and O. brevicaudatus spec. nov., both from Uganda, are described and partly illustrated. Keys to the species of Eleonoria gen. nov. and the genus Orgilonia van Achterberg are included. Eleonoria chuchiensis (Chou, 1995) is a new combination. The tribe Mesoscoelini Viereck, 1918 (= Aneurobraconinae Fahringer, 1936) is removed from the subfamily Agathidinae and included in the Orgilinae and synonymised with the tribe Mimagathidini (syn. nov.).
