A collection of Megachiroptera captured in mistnets at Kankasili (10° 11' N, 12° 29' W), Republic of Guinea, Africa, during 1966—1967, is described. The following species were represented: Rousettus aegyptiacus (10 specimens), Lissonycteris angolensis (2 specimens), Epomophorus gambianus (1 specimen), Epomops buettikoferi (13 specimens), Micropteropus pusillus (104 specimens) and Nanonycteris veldkampi (4 specimens). Measurements, as well as descriptions of the colours and of the palatal ridges of the bats are given.
