Fourteen White-toothed Shrews collected by V. van Laar and S. Daan on the Greek island, Samos, in 1963, proved to belong to the species Crocidura gueldenstaedti. Body – and skull dimensions are given as well as notes on the colours. The differences between Crocidura russula, Crocidura suaveolens and Crocidura gueldenstaedti are discussed.
