AbstractCycas sancti-lasallei, a new species from Mindanao Island, the Philippines is described and illustrated.
It can be distinguished from other Cycas species in the Philippines in having long leaves, undulating leaflets, and megasporophyll lamina with a semi-orbicular to orbicular base and triangular top with few but well-defined spines.
