AbstractAdditions to the adventitious flora of the Netherlands, mainly found in 1967. 1. Beta trigyna Waldst. & Kit. This species, found already in 1924 as an alien near Deventer, now occurred at Wageningen. 2. Securigera securidaca (L.) Degen & Dörfl., a native of the Mediterranean region, occurred spontaneously in a garden at Voorschoten (prov. S. Holland). 3. A seedling of Gossypium spec. was found in the harbour of Rotterdam. 4. Gnaphalium peregrinum Fernald occurred as a weed in the Botanical Garden ‘Cantonspark’ at Baarn. 5. Coix lacryma-jobi L., the plant of the well-known Job’s tears, was collected on a rubbish dump at Beverwijk (prov. N. Holland). 6. Three escapes from cultivation, viz. Oxalis latifolia H.B.K., Hyacinthus azureus (Fenzl) Baker, and Cyperus albostriatus Schrad.
