|Abstract||Mr. H.K. Airy Shaw of Kew made a study trip to East Australia for study of Euphorbiaceae in the field and in the herbaria, visiting Darwin, Atherton, Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, and Melbourne, September 9 to end 1974.|
Dr. G. Argent has been appointed on 1 January 1974 on the staff of the Edinburgh Herbarium. He formerly worked on mosses, mainly from Africa, and spent 3 years in Papua New Guinea doing field work on bananas. He intends to work on Ericaceae of Malesia.
