Au$ 52.50 (incl. surface mailing). This book has had a long and obviously difficult history. Work on it was started, according to the Foreword, in 1973, by S.B. Andrews. Publication of the manuscript was then held up for some 10 years, and the manuscript had to be updated by a second author, L. Pedley. The foreword explaining all this is dated 1988, and the title page 1990.
