Blechnaceae — Dr. T.C. Chambers (NSW) is revising the family. Polypodiaceae — Dr. H. P. Nooteboom (L) has sent his manuscript of the microsoroid taxa to the editors of Blumea. He recognizes three genera: Microsorum with 48 species, Leptochilus with 10 species, and Podosorus with one species.
